Who do I contact?

Should the behavior(s) be reported to the Behavior Assessment Team?

If you witnessed or have been told about a student's disruptive behavior(s), either on-campus, off-campus, or online, and you are a student, faculty, or staff member of Texas State, refer to the Texas State Threat Assessment Tree and, if appropriate, fill out the Behavioral Assessment Reporting Form

You can consult with a member of the Behavior Assessment Team by either requesting a meeting on the Behavioral Assessment Reporting Form or calling the chairperson at 512-245-2124. Consultations may take place over the phone or in person.

The Behavior Assessment Team meets regularly or as needed when the chairperson or any team member deems the student's disruptive behavior(s) to be an emergency.
